These terms of purchase apply to purchases made via Skandilivet.se. By completing a purchase, you accept our terms and confirm that the information you provide is correct.

Skandilivet sells furniture and home decor for the Scandinavian lifestyle with a focus on quality, design, and fast deliveries.

Prices

All prices on the website are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) including VAT.

We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of errors, price changes from suppliers, or technical issues.

Ordering

When you place an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact customer service.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to, for example, stock errors, technical problems, or suspected fraud.

Payment

We offer secure payment solutions through our payment partners. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Delivery

Normal delivery time is 1–2 business days within Sweden.

During periods of high demand or unforeseen delays, delivery times may be longer. The customer will be informed of any significant deviations.

Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee for return and handling costs.

Shipping

Any shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.

Right of Withdrawal

As a private individual, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order.

The product must be returned in original condition and well packaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping for cancelled purchases.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via email before sending the return.

Returns and Complaints

If a product is damaged or faulty, a complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.

Contact customer service with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the defect
  • Pictures of the damage/defect

In case of an approved complaint, we cover the return shipping and offer a new product, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.

Refunds

Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the purchase and are normally processed within 14 days after an approved return.

Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation (GDPR). Data is only used to manage orders, deliveries, and customer service.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, government decisions, or transport problems.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
